Naftali Group Advances Miami Worldcenter Tower With Podium Topped Out
Naftali Group marked a significant construction milestone this week at its JEM Private Residences, completing the structural podium at the base of the 67-story tower underway in Miami Worldcenter’s Park West district. The podium topping, which caps the 11th floor, transitions the project from foundational and parking work into full vertical building progress above ground.
The mixed-use skyscraper blends residential space with street-level retail and parking before rising through more than 700 feet in height. Groundbreaking for JEM began in April 2024, and developer Naftali secured roughly $465 million in construction financing in 2025 to sustain build-out through to the projected fourth quarter of 2027 delivery.
Architectural work is led by Arquitectonica, with interior environments by Rockwell Group and landscaping by EDSA. Above the podium, the upper floors will house 273 condominiums, spanning studios to four-bedroom homes, with the residential portion starting on the 43rd floor to capture panoramic views of the Miami skyline, Biscayne Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. A select set of Sky Villas with bespoke FENDI Casa interiors at the pinnacle underscore JEM’s appeal to high-end buyers.
Sales traction around the top-tier residences has been notable, highlighted by recent closings in the $8 million range for bespoke sky units and record-setting prices for the highest-level homes, reflecting sustained global interest in branded luxury product despite broader market moderation.
Positioned within one of Miami’s most active development corridors, JEM aims to balance residential exclusivity with Worldcenter’s urban lifestyle. Its construction pace and sales momentum speak to continued confidence among institutional backers and private buyers in Miami’s evolving luxury condo landscape, even as new product enters a competitive pipeline.
