Boutique Ritz-Carlton Residences Planned Along Fort Lauderdale Beach Waterfront

A new luxury condominium development is taking shape on Fort Lauderdale Beach with a focus on waterfront living and refined design. MICL Group, in partnership with Admire Capital, has formally introduced The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach, a boutique dual-tower project at 551 Bayshore Drive, positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. 

The residential offering will rise 13 stories and consist of just 83 homes, ranging from two- and three-bedroom units with dens to a six-unit penthouse collection. Residences span roughly 1,550 to 3,480 square feet, with select penthouses featuring 11-foot ceilings, private rooftop terraces, and plunge pools. Pricing starts at about $2.5 million, reflecting Fort Lauderdale’s strong demand for high-end waterfront addresses and the premium placed on scarcity in branded luxury product. 

Architectural work is led by Garcia Stromberg, with interiors by Dan Fink Studio, emphasizing expansive views, natural light, and design that responds to the coastal context. Interior finishes include wide-plank white oak floors, floor-to-ceiling glass, and kitchens equipped with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, while primary suites are tailored with premium fixtures and spa-like baths. Several residences incorporate private elevator access and dual water views. 

The amenity program blends indoor and outdoor spaces to support both social interaction and quiet retreat. Outdoor features include landscaped gardens, a lap pool, leisure pool, private cabanas, an outdoor bar pavilion, and limited Intracoastal dock slips. Interior shared spaces will offer a resident lounge with a catering kitchen, screening room, multi-sport simulator, conference room, and children’s playroom. These curated spaces reflect buyers’ growing preference for well-rounded lifestyle environments in luxury condominium communities. 

Service and branding are central to the project’s value proposition. The residences will operate under The Ritz-Carlton banner, with 24-hour concierge, valet services, and lifestyle coordination, plus inclusion in Marriott’s ONVIA owner recognition program, which offers access to global travel benefits and exclusive experiences. As Fort Lauderdale continues to attract affluent coastal homebuyers, this development underscores the city’s maturation beyond traditional resort-style markets into a broader luxury residential destination.
