Related Ross Opens Experience Center to Showcase West Palm Beach’s Urban Reinvention

A new interactive showcase in West Palm Beach is offering an early look at the sweeping transformation reshaping the city’s urban fabric. Related Ross has unveiled its Experience Center in CityPlace, a curated space designed to walk civic leaders, investors, brokers, and residents through the company’s broad development agenda for the downtown district.

The Experience Center, positioned in the heart of CityPlace, functions as more than a traditional gallery. Through physical models, digital presentations, and curated exhibits, it communicates how Related Ross’ pipeline of office towers, residential buildings, hospitality assets, public spaces, and retail extensions will connect to form a linked urban ecosystem rather than a series of isolated projects.

Its opening was accompanied by a private forum that featured executives including Stephen Ross and financier Ken Griffin, who discussed economic trends in South Florida, demographic shifts toward the region, and West Palm Beach’s growing profile as a business and cultural center. The session underscored broader flows of capital, talent, and corporate relocations that have buoyed confidence in the market.

Related Ross’ current portfolio in the city spans mixed-use office sites like 10 & 15 CityPlace, luxury residential projects including Shorecrest and South Flagler House, and new hospitality and private club concepts linked to the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The Experience Center itself acts as a strategic tool, illustrating how these individual pieces contribute to long-term planning goals around connectivity, walkability, and economic density.

The presentation center’s launch highlights West Palm Beach’s rapid progression from a primarily leisure and resort market to one that increasingly attracts corporate tenants, affluent residents, and institutional investors. As Related Ross continues its multi-billion-dollar commitment to the area, the city’s development trajectory is shaping up as a test case for next-generation downtown revitalization on the Florida coast.
