The Standard Opens Its First-Ever Standalone Residential Community in Midtown Miami
Developed by Rosso Development in partnership with Hyatt and Midtown Development, the project occupies a prominent site between the Design District and Wynwood. Architecture was designed by Arquitectonica, while interiors were created by Urban Robot in collaboration with The Standard’s in-house design team. Sales and marketing are exclusively represented by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, with only a limited number of residences remaining available.
The building delivers more than 34,000 square feet of lifestyle-focused amenities, including a 60-foot rooftop swimming pool, Solana rooftop restaurant and bar by the Juvia Group, fitness and wellness facilities, coworking spaces, an infrared sauna, screening room, and an indoor pickleball court that transforms into an entertainment venue. Ground-floor retail and dining concepts, including Sushi Garage, Mannarino, Rosetta Bakery Café, and Privato Speakeasy, further integrate the project into Midtown’s evolving pedestrian-oriented streetscape.
The completion of The Standard Residences reflects Midtown Miami’s continued transformation into one of the city’s most active mixed-use districts. As branded residential developments continue to gain momentum across South Florida, hospitality companies are increasingly extending their identities beyond hotels, offering buyers lifestyle-driven communities that blend residential ownership with curated amenities, social programming, and hotel-inspired services.
