World’s First Pagani Residences Breaks Ground in North Bay Village

Construction is officially underway on Pagani Residences, the world’s first residential development created in collaboration with legendary hypercar designer Horacio Pagani. Rising on Harbor Island in North Bay Village, the 30-story boutique condominium marks a new milestone in Miami’s growing collection of branded luxury residences while introducing one of the city’s most design-focused waterfront projects.  

Developed by Riviera Horizons in partnership with Horacio Pagani and Pagani Arte, the tower will feature 70 all-corner residences with two- to four-bedroom floor plans, all designed to maximize privacy, natural light, and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Residences are priced from $3.9 million, with sales led by Fortune Development Sales. Exterior architecture is by Revuelta Architecture, while interiors are designed by A++ and curated by Pagani Arte using signature materials inspired by Pagani’s handcrafted hypercars, including carbon fiber, titanium, aluminum, fine leather, marble, and custom furniture created exclusively for the project.  

The development will offer an amenity collection centered on wellness and waterfront living, including a rooftop pool with panoramic views, a spa inspired by Italy’s Dolomite Mountains, a private marina, a 240-foot bayfront boardwalk, yacht and beach club access, private elevator entry to every residence, and 24-hour concierge services. One of its most distinctive features is Auto Privata, an automotive concierge program operated with Prestige Imports that provides vehicle storage, maintenance, transportation, and white-glove services tailored to luxury and collector automobiles.  

The groundbreaking reflects the continued evolution of North Bay Village as an emerging ultra-luxury waterfront destination. While Miami’s branded residential sector has traditionally been dominated by hospitality and fashion brands, Pagani Residences highlights a growing demand for highly curated developments that combine architectural design, craftsmanship, and lifestyle experiences.
