House by Shigeru Ban

HOUSE by Shigeru Ban is a residential development by Yakol Capital slated for 237 NE 54th Street, Miami, designed by the Pritzker-winning architect Shigeru Ban. The project spans 12 stories and includes 320–332 condos (1- to 4-bedrooms) and approximately 50,000 sq ft of retail and amenity space on a 2.86-acre site in Upper Buena Vista.  Residences feature large terraces, outdoor-oriented layouts, and a stacked-“box” façade that breaks up the massing to give each home distinction and a sense of connection to nature.  Amenities are planned to include a rooftop pool deck, indoor/outdoor wellness and fitness areas, landscaped courtyard and communal green spaces, paddle-tennis courts, and ground-floor retail, combining urban convenience with a biophilic lifestyle vision.
