About Oculina
Oculina is a proposed mixed-use development of two 25-story condominium towers with 399 residences at 3700 Broadway in Riviera Beach, developed by Forest Development and designed by Insite Studio. The towers sit on a six-story podium with about 1,000 parking spaces. Planned amenities include several pools including a rooftop pool, a fitness center, a bowling alley and a recording studio, along with about 11,000 square feet of office space and roughly 27,000 square feet of restaurants and retail. Riviera Beach City Council approved the project in May 2025, and no sales launch or construction date has been announced.
