Olakino House is located at 551 Bayshore Drive in Fort Lauderdale Beach and consists of two 13-story towers designed by Garcia Stromberg.  The development includes 83 residences with 2- to 4-bedroom floorplans, interiors ranging roughly between 1,820 and 4,660 square feet, private terraces and floor-to-ceiling impact windows.  Residences come fully finished with high-end kitchens (Wolf/Sub-Zero appliances), custom cabinetry and modern finishes.
