Palma residence

Palma Residences is a mid-rise building developed by Lefferts and designed by Built Form Architecture, located at 600–666 71st Street in Miami Beach. The project comprises 126 units across 13–14 floors, with residences ranging from roughly 405 to 1,342 square feet, including studios, one- and two-bedroom layouts.  Residences are delivered fully finished and furnished, with modern open layouts, private balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, and smart-building technology.  Communal amenities include a resort-style pool deck with cabanas, a fitness center, outdoor summer-kitchen and lounge spaces, secure access, valet and concierge services, and ground-floor retail.  Completion is expected around 2026–2027.
