619 Brickell by Nobu Launches Sales After Securing $1 Billion in Buyer Reservations
Developed by 13th Floor Investments and Key International, the 75-story tower will rise along Biscayne Bay at 619 Brickell Avenue. Designed by Foster + Partners in collaboration with Sieger Suarez, the landmark development will feature 296 residences ranging from one- to five-bedroom layouts, including Sky Villas and penthouses. Homes span approximately 1,160 to 5,526 square feet, with pricing starting around $3 million and exceeding $60 million for the most exclusive residences. Construction is expected to begin within the next year.
A defining feature of the project is its emphasis on wellness, with the development team committing a reported $25 million toward longevity-focused amenities. More than 90,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor spaces will include advanced biohacking facilities, cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, fitness and recovery spaces, five pools, padel courts, sports simulators, and landscaped gathering areas. Nobu Hospitality will also oversee the property’s dining program, including a flagship waterfront restaurant, private resident café, in-residence dining, and personalized hospitality services.
The strong pre-sales performance underscores sustained global demand for branded luxury developments that combine internationally recognized hospitality with architecturally significant design. As Miami’s luxury condominium market continues to mature, buyers are increasingly prioritizing lifestyle-driven communities that integrate wellness, curated amenities, and premium service alongside prime waterfront locations.
