72 Park is a 22-story condominium tower developed by Lefferts at 580 72nd Street, Miami Beach. The building comprises 206 units with layouts ranging from roughly 470 to 1,177 sq ft — Jr-1, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences.  Units feature modern open-plan designs, floor-to-ceiling glass, private balconies, and generous ceiling heights.  Common areas include over 64,000 sq ft of amenity space: a 150-foot ocean-facing resort-style pool with cabanas and cocktail service, fitness center, rooftop lounge/deck, coworking spaces, co-working café, and a ground-floor restaurant by a Michelin-star chef.
