The Cade

The Cade is a seven-story condominium at 749 Burlington Avenue North, on Mirror Lake in downtown St. Petersburg, developed by Backstreets Capital. PLACE Architecture is the architect and s.p.a.c.e. the interior designer. The 15 residences are three- and four-bedroom homes with interior sizes from 2,169 to 3,420 square feet, with two to three residences per floor and penthouses on levels six and seven. Each has a private balcony or terrace, and prices start at approximately $1.9 million. Amenities include a second-floor deck with a plunge pool, a fitness center, and a resident lounge with a beverage station. Parking is in a first-floor garage with prewired EV charging. Rentals require a minimum of six months, twice per year. Sales are handled by The Wittner Wollman Group and Keller Williams. Contractors are GSA Contractors and Valin Construction. Construction began in April 2026.
