Waldorf Astoria Residences St. Petersburg is a planned luxury condominium development designed to be the first hotel-branded residential tower in St. Petersburg. The project is proposed as a 50-story mixed-use tower located within the city’s urban core, offering residential, office, and retail components integrated into a single development.

The residential portion is planned to include 163 fully finished private residences, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. A signature penthouse of approximately 10,000 square feet is planned, positioned to capture expansive views over Tampa Bay. Residences are designed to align with Waldorf Astoria’s refined residential standards, emphasizing quality finishes and functional layouts.

The tower will also incorporate approximately 73,000 square feet of Class-A office space and roughly 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, activating the streetscape with dining and lifestyle uses. Planned amenities include a curated lobby, signature restaurant, pet spa, children and teen lounges, EV charging, and hospitality-driven services.

Residential amenities are expected to span more than 43,000 square feet, anchored by a resort-style pool deck featuring an east-facing lap pool, sunset pool with dual spas, lounge areas, and a poolside bar, delivering a full-service luxury living experience in Downtown St. Petersburg.
