Nautilus 220 Opens as Palm Beach County’s Largest Condo-Anchored Mixed-Use Waterfront Development

Forest Development and Royal Palm Companies complete landmark Lake Park project with luxury residences, dining, retail, and marina access.

Nautilus 220

Forest Development and Royal Palm Companies have officially celebrated the opening of Nautilus 220, a 1.15-million-square-foot waterfront development in Lake Park that has become the largest condominium-anchored mixed-use project in Palm Beach County. Located along the Lake Park Harbor Marina at 220 Lake Shore Drive, the completed community combines luxury residential living with hospitality, retail, office, and dining components in a single waterfront destination.

The project features 330 condominium residences across two 24-story towers overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. More than 90% of the homes have already been sold, with the remaining two- and three-bedroom residences priced from approximately $1.3 million to more than $4 million. Homes include floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive terraces, and designer finishes that maximize the property’s waterfront setting.

Nautilus 220 also delivers an extensive resort-style amenity package, including a one-acre outdoor amenity deck, rooftop lap pool, wellness plaza, putting green, theater, bowling alley, club rooms, guest suites, private beach club access, and landscaped gathering spaces. The ground-floor commercial offering is anchored by SeaHawk Prime, celebrity chef David Burke’s first Florida restaurant, alongside The Birdie Dockside Bar & Grill, retail space, office suites, and the upcoming Park Ave Cafe Coffee Counter & General Store. The development team includes R+N Architecture, Interiors by Steven G. Inc., Kast Construction, Insite Studios, and Oculus Realty overseeing sales and marketing.

The completion of Nautilus 220 highlights the continued growth of northern Palm Beach County as luxury residential investment expands beyond traditional markets such as Palm Beach Island and West Palm Beach. Large-scale mixed-use waterfront developments are increasingly reshaping communities like Lake Park, creating destination neighborhoods that combine housing, dining, entertainment, and marina access within a single master-planned environment.
